How much does shipping cost?
All our items are shipped from Singapore. Singapore: Free shipping for all orders. APAC (except Australia, New Zealand & Japan, includes South Korea, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand): A flat shipping fee of £5 is applied. Europe, UK & US (Includes Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Cyprus, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greenland): A flat shipping fee of £6.80 is applied. Important Notes Duties & Taxes: Duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping fee and will be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. Customers are responsible for covering these costs. Invalid/Insufficient Address: Orders returned to us due to invalid or insufficient addresses, or unclaimed parcels, will incur a reshipping fee.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is handmade to order; please allow a few days for crafting before dispatch/shipping. Singapore: 3 business days after shipping. Asia-Pacific: 3–10 business days after shipping. Europe, UK & US: 3–12 business days after shipping. International orders usually arrive within 3–21 business days depending on customs.

Are your pieces hypoallergic?
Yes. Our materials are nickel-free and lead-free, safe for sensitive skin.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Over time, all metals naturally age; but we plate with intention and craft with care to make sure your pieces stay beautiful. A little love goes a long way. We include care tips with every order.
Do you do custom or personalised pieces?

orders & payment
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.
what's your refund and return policy?
We want you to love your COLDE STUDIOS piece. If any quality issues arise, we accept tracked returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Only applicable to items with manufacturing defects; not covering problems caused by misuse or accidental damage. If you believe your piece has a quality issue, please email us at contact@coldestudios.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Return parcels must be sent as a registered package from your country, with a valid tracking number. Non-trackable returns will not be accepted. We are unable to offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns will be compensated with a credit note for future purchases. In certain cases, we may also provide a free replacement. As a small studio, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or general wear. Thank you for supporting slow, intentional craft—we truly appreciate your understanding.
